Downloading the App
- Open the App Store on your iOS Device.
- Select Search.
- Type 'GoReport' into the Search bar.
- Select 'Get' to download the app.
- When the app has finished downloading, select Open.
Logging In
- Enter your E-mail and Password and select Login.
- The following screen will appear after you log into the app.
Creating a new report
- To create a new report, tap on the options icon (as shown below).
- Select 'Create Report' from the drop down list.
- Select a template from the list.
- Enter the details of your report and select Create.
Note: The Name and Date fields are mandatory. A Reference is a useful way of identifying your report in the reports list.
Tip: The date will automatically default to the date you are creating the report. This can be changed by selecting the Date field (see below).
- Once you select 'Create' you can begin capturing report data.
Time Saving Gestures
The GoReport App includes several smart features to make your surveying experience more efficient. Gestures include:
• ‘Zoom’ to Display Navigation Menu
• ‘Pinch’ to go back to Report overview screen
• ‘Swipe’ to navigate between sections
‘Zoom’ to Display Navigation Menu
- The Navigation Menu can be displayed quickly and easily using this function.
- When you are in the data input section, simply swipe the screen with both fingers in an outward motion to reveal the Navigation Menu drop down list.
- Easily navigate to another section from this drop down list.
‘Pinch’ to go back to Report Details screen
'Pinch' can be used to return to the Report Details screen.
- Place two fingers on the screen and 'Pinch' together (as shown below).
‘Swipe’ feature
You will notice that while using the App there are ‘Prev’ and ‘Next’ buttons at the top left side of the screen. This allows you to move between sections of the report.
- Alternatively, 'Swipe' left to move to the next section of your report or right to go back to the previous section.
