Device Storage

If there is limited storage on your iOS device, it may affect the functionality of the app, for example uploading reports to the web portal may be impacted.

  • To check the storage of your iOS device go to Settings – General – iPad Storage (as shown below).

Note: Your device will display how much space is left and which apps are using the most memory. You can free up storage on your device by deleting old photos and videos or unused apps.

Your device may automatically back up all photos to the camera roll. If you use the built-in camera feature of the GoReport app and choose NOT to back up the photos, you can save space on your device.
  • Scroll down the menu bar on the left hand side. Select the GoReport app to view the app settings.
  • You will see the option to "Save new photos to camera roll".
  • Using the toggle, you can disable this setting (see below).

Caution: Photos that are taken within the GoReport app and not backed up CANNOT be recovered if deleted from the report.
