What is the Sava Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation?
The Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation is a level 6 qualification, overseen by the Awarding Body for the Built Environment (ABBE). It’s approved for Direct Entry into the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and accredited by the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE).

How do I access GoReport for the Sava Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation assessments?
Access to the Sava Training platform for the Home Condition Survey assessments is managed by the Sava Training team.
Please contact training@sava.co.uk in the first instance for access to GoReport through the Sava Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
Is there a cost to access the software?
Access to GoReport for the Sava Diploma assessments is granted via Sava and there are no additional learner costs due directly to GoReport while used for learning purposes.
Where can I find training material?
Sava will provide all assessment-based training directly on the use of the Home Condition Survey Standard (HCS).

How do I get support?
Support on how to use the Home Condition Survey for assessments should be addressed to the Sava Training team (training@sava.co.uk) in the first instance.

Can I access the software when I complete the Sava Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation?
Sava manage access to the assessment account with GoReport and access privileges will be in accordance with Sava’s training T&Cs.
At any stage, copies of assessment reports can be saved as PDF and all data can additionally be exported by the user for your own records.
Can I use the Sava Assessment for Commercial use?
No, you cannot use the appraisal platform for commercial use. However, The HCS template is available for use Commercially via GoReport.
GoReport are offering discount plans for sole traders setting up their own business or businesses employing Sava graduates who do not currently use GoReport.

Sava have made the decision that they will no longer operate the Sava HCS Scheme from 1st September 2023.
