Updating Personal Settings

Updating your Account Details

When you join GoReport, a consultant will set up your personal details in the Web Portal and iOS app as part of the implementation process. You can change this information at any time if any of your details change or if you need to add a new user.

Note: Please be aware that some information may pass through automatically to your reports. If you have any questions or queries please contact GoReport support team.

Updating Personal Settings

  • From the Menu option list, select Personal Settings.

Click through the tabs to:

  • Update your Personal Information
  • Update your Contact Information
  • Reset your Password 
  • Add your RICS Membership Number.
Updating your Account Details

The Account page allows you to store company information. This information can be automatically populated into your reports (such as your company logo and contact information). 

Note: Only Admin users can access this area of the Web Portal. If you do not have access to these areas, contact your company administrator.

  • Select Account.

In the Account section you can add your:

  • General Details
  • Address Details
  • Contact Details
  • RICS Licence Details (The Company Licence)
  • BCIS Credentials
  • Company Logo

Note: Account settings are shared by all its' users; however, the Personal Settings are specific to each user in the account.
