You can either use a pop-up window, where you can upload your photos  using the Modal method (the default method) or use the Drag-and-Drop method, which allows you to upload photos and continue to work on your reports simultaneously. - To choose a photo upload method select the icon as shown below, select **Photo Upload Method** and choose which method of photo uploads you would like to view on the report editor. ![](https://knowledge.goreport.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Apr-18-2025-01-20-53-8607-PM.png?width=688&height=394&name=image-png-Apr-18-2025-01-20-53-8607-PM.png) Drag and Drop Photo Uploads - If you've chosen Drag and Drop as your photo upload method, a photo "drop zone" will appear beneath each field that supports photo uploads. Simply drag your photos from your computer into the drop zone, or click anywhere in the drop zone to browse your files. When you drag the photos to the drop zone area a grey spotlight will appear, and you can drop your photos into the field. **Tip:** You can upload up as many photos as you like with each photo having a maximum size of 50MB.  **![](https://knowledge.goreport.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Apr-22-2025-09-47-30-5998-AM.png?width=1898&height=1061&name=image-png-Apr-22-2025-09-47-30-5998-AM.png)** - While the photos are uploading you can continue editing your report. ![](https://knowledge.goreport.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Apr-18-2025-01-06-21-6991-PM.png?width=688&height=379&name=image-png-Apr-18-2025-01-06-21-6991-PM.png) **Note:** If you see the red error message below it means the photos were not added to the report.  A list of report fields will appear. ![](https://knowledge.goreport.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-07-2024-10-33-48-7473-AM.png?width=688&height=382&name=image-png-May-07-2024-10-33-48-7473-AM.png) Hovering over a field reveals one or two arrows: a blue arrow for the body field and a yellow arrow for the notes field. **Note:** In some fields, photos can only be added to the notes field, and therefore only a yellow arrow will appear. ![](https://knowledge.goreport.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-08-2024-10-15-16-4158-AM.png?width=688&height=383&name=image-png-May-08-2024-10-15-16-4158-AM.png) - Select an arrow to move the photo.
