Web Portal 2.0: Password Settings (Reset/Forgot)

Reset your password
  • Select Forgot password.
  • Enter you e-mail address and select Send Reset Link.
  • If you are registered on our system, a reset password link will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your account.
  • Open the e-mail and select Reset Password. 

Tip: GoReport e-mails may be blocked by your spam filter. If you do not receive an      e-mail from GoReport, check your spam folder and e-mail settings.

  • Clicking this link will redirect you to a page where you can reset your password.

  • Enter your new password and click 'Create Password'.

  •  You can now sign in with your e-mail and new password.
 Update your password
  • Select Settings.
  • Select Security to change the password for the selected user.

 
  • Enter in the current password and the new password.
  • Select Update.

Note: Please note that changing your password will delete your current password and log you out of all GoReport services.

  • Select Confirm.

  • You will be redirected to the GoReport sign-in screen and prompted to sign in again using your new password.

  • Enter your new password and select 'Create Password'.

  •  You can now log in with your new details.

Reset password for another user

Admin users have the ability to reset other users passwords.

  • Select Users and select a user you would like to reset the password for.

  • Select Reset.

  • Select Confirm.

Caution: This user will be logged out of all active sessions, their current password will be deleted and they will be sent an email with instructions to reset their password.


  • The user will receive an e-mail with a reset password link.
