Select the **Capture Settings** tab and **Access**, see below:  ![Capture settings access tab](https://knowledge.goreport.com/hubfs/image-png-Dec-09-2022-11-09-11-1298-AM.png) **Status Explained** **![status bar highlighted](https://knowledge.goreport.com/hubfs/image-png-Jul-08-2022-08-09-17-84-AM.png)** | **Draft** | Data capture is only available in GoReport Creator and cannot be seen or used by any user on iOS application or the web portal | | --- | --- | | **Test** | Data capture is only available to users that have been added to a team and can still be fully configured. | | **Live** | Data capture is available to any user and cannot be configured or put back into Test or Draft | | **Archived** | Data capture is unavailable to all users on IOS application and the web portal and cannot be put back into Test or Draft | **Note:** When a data capture is Live, it **CANNOT** be edited.
