Capture Settings allows you to control the status and workflow of a data capture as well as managing your team membership.
Select the Capture Settings tab and Access, see below:
Status Explained

Draft |
Data capture is only available in GoReport Creator and cannot be seen or used by any user on iOS application or the web portal |

Test |
Data capture is only available to users that have been added to a team and can still be fully configured. |
|
Live |
Data capture is available to any user and cannot be configured or put back into Test or Draft |
|
Archived |
Data capture is unavailable to all users on IOS application and the web portal and cannot be put back into Test or Draft |
Note: When a data capture is Live, it CANNOT be edited. In the design screen of this data capture you will see a locked icon indicating, “This data capture has been marked as live and cannot be structurally changed”.
Team Membership
- You can choose which Teams have access to this data capture.
- To select a Team, click on it once.
- To unselect the team, click on it and the green highlight will disappear.
- Click View Permissions to see which users have access to this data capture.
- Click on Edit Teams to add a new team or to edit existing teams.
