The responses you copy will be *added* to the responses that are already there and this could result in duplicates. If you'd like to remove all the responses in a template prior to copying please contact [GoReport Support](https://knowledge.goreport.com/knowledge/contactus?hsLang=en).  Copy pre-defined responses from the data capture you are in (Level 1 - RICS Home Survey in this example) to another data capture stored in the Management Portal. - Select the report you wish to copy responses from. - Select **Edit Responses** from the Quick Select menu (3 dots on the right hand side). ![](https://knowledge.goreport.com/hubfs/image-png-Jul-19-2022-02-01-35-35-PM.png) - Next select **Copy responses to another data capture.** ![](https://knowledge.goreport.com/hubfs/image-png-Jul-20-2022-02-08-15-61-PM.png) - From the dropdown list choose the data capture you would like to copy your pre-defined responses to (**Select a destination data capture**). ![](https://knowledge.goreport.com/hubfs/image-png-Jul-20-2022-02-14-10-68-PM.png)Information on the left shows all the fields from the data capture you are copying your pre-defined responses from.
